Lesson 2 learning objective(s): Students will be able to list the important dates and names of countries and figures who played a part in settling Honduras.
Lesson 2:
- Have students experience Honduran culture
- Have students experience elements of Honduran classes
- Have students be able to distinguish the differences in the American and Honduran educational systems

Lesson 2 learning objective(s): Students will be able to list the important dates and names of countries and figures who played a part in settling Honduras.
Lesson 2:
- The teacher will talk about the history of Honduras. He/She will explain the important dates and countries/people associated with settling Honduras. Since one of the state objectives is learning about Christopher Columbus, the teacher will have students complete a little biography about him and other important figures discussed. They will do this by making an infographic about Christopher Columbus, King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella. The infographic will also include a timeline of the important dates discussed. Once students finish making their infographics, they will go to the computer lab and print them out. Once they are printed, the infographics will be glued in their Honduras booklets.
